Orders. An order is accepted when we ship it. We may cancel orders that look fraudulent, exceed purchase limits, or have a pricing error; you'll get a full refund.

Prices. Prices are in US dollars and may change. Promotions have their own terms shown with the offer. One offer per order. Free shipping on cup orders $65+ after discounts. SOLARO Club members get free shipping on every order.

Product information. We try to show accurate product information. Always read the package label for ingredients, allergens and nutrition before eating. Our products are food, not medication, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Accounts. Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Reviews and content you post. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. By tagging us or using our hashtags, you allow us to repost your content with credit; we'll ask first before using it in ads.

Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
