Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Processing time. Orders ship from California within 5 business days.

Delivery time. We ship with GOFO, USPS Ground Advantage or UPS, depending on where you are. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping rates. Shipping is $5.99 per box anywhere in the contiguous US. Free shipping on cup orders $65+ after discounts. Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen and the Taste Box ship in their own boxes at $5.99 each and don't count toward the $65 free-shipping threshold. SOLARO Club members get free shipping on every order. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Address errors. Please check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you confirm the address. Reshipping costs are paid by the customer.
